Just got another clue for all you in Sandy that got the Elvaan Male with a name beginning with the letter "L," clue: Town Information Guide.

Did a littel research using Somepage's NPC database and found the chick's real owner:
Luthiaque.

P.S. The reward is a story: The Diligent Chocobo.

my GF got "begins with K" but kopuro-popuro isn't correct however. Didn't get any other clue yet.

In Bastok, I recieved the clues: Is a Hume Man, who's name starts with 'A'.

For me, it was Abd-al-Raziq, the Alchemy Guild Master.

Begins with K, female tarutaru, is a guild worker.
Can't remember her name but she is in the weaver's guild.

If shes there which shes not (looked many many times and reloaded game incase npcs wernt showing up and still wasnt there, there are Mithras with names starting with K's there though.) she was the wrong person anyway for my quest, I got it wrong and then got quest again and it was Kororo who is located in the Manustery(Left Entrance). H-9

I got the quest in Sandy letter L is only clue I have so far.

I finished this one last night. Apparently from reading everyones posts the clues are different. Mine was the letter ''V'' in Sandy. After finishing the quest I got the key item ''The Diligent Chocobo"
