I have yet to hear of somebody getting either of these colors. Is it possible that you can only obtain this breed by mating other colors?

Read their previous info about the chocobo's. Other then Yellow they specifically stated that they were only releasing 2 colors with more to come in later updates. So right now the only choices are yellow, black, and blue.
