Parasite Worm?

Has anybody used one of these yet on their choco to see what they do? They were running like 500k on my server , so haven't used one yet.

At first, I was a little confused as to why they would add this, but after hearing wild rumors that these things will change the color of your choco (yeah, right :x ) I had a thought...

...parasite worms were put in to make your choco hungry.

Crazy huh? I mean, why would I want to make my choco hungry? Isn't that bad? Not really. By increasing the rate of your choco's hunger you will need to feed it more, which if you're shooting to optimize a choco's strength or mentality aspects by feeding it carrots, could be useful. That, at least, makes more sense to me that having it change the color of my choco.

Sooo... has anybody tried it yet?

The changing colour rumor was probably started by a seller of that worm, some people who used it say their chocobo became Ill-tempered. Other then that and rumor we still don't know much.

Wow.... I'm rich! I've got 6 Parasite Worms. ^^ I was speculating that a parasite worm might be used for removing undesired traits. The ill-temperment may be a result of feeding a worm at the wrong time. The chocobo instructors say not to be too free with the worms... I've resolved myself to not feed my chick any worms until others have. Now, I might have the inclination to slip a cupid into my chocobo's feed if he stopped liking me, but at the moment, I really don't need to.

Oh. Did I mention that Parasite worms give your chocobo Digging Treasure Hunter +8?

j/k please don't take that seriously...and if you do, I'll sell you a parasite worm for 4,000,000gil. ^^
