First you need someone to craft the main piece, and then you get the appropriate aptant and use synergy to modify it. -

So I need the main piece... for like 900k and this aptant thing... which I assume is one of those drops off a new NM.
What lvl synergy am I looking at needing in order to shove this aptant into it?
