    New to crafting, etc.

    I am kinda new to the game. I know I am going to get a lot of different opinion on this.

    What is the best crafting type to start off with. I haven't crafted or fished anything yet. Plz! Give me feedback! lol

    I have been told alchemy was a good one. What are your opinions?

    I am pursuing alchemy after stopping goldsmithing, it is a good starter craft because not much investment is done... atleast up until 30 which is where im at.

    But like almost everything in FFXI, it is your choice... theres no 'best' craft, it's preference.

      I suggest you start with consumable crafts which are cooking and alchemy. Take them up a bit and see how you like. Before you move on to a more hardcore craft like smithing
