Barone leg armor sub skills?!?

how come all over the net it says ??? for smithing and leathercraft when refering to crafting Barone armor..
does anyone know what lvls these need to be?
or has no one ever made this armor.

It's certainly been made before, but either the maker was lvl 100, or no one's let it out yet to the big sites. I know i've seen the Barone legs around a lot...especially on high lvl DRGs. XD

The pants are leather, the head and boots are gs, and the body and hands are smithing.
