I'd say chances are with this update it either is a new mining result or drops from ENM. I very much doubt the latter, so most likely it's a new thing you get mining somewhere like Newton Movalpolos. This is all just speculation though. I'd suggest looking in the auction house and seeing if anything has been sold and asking the names in the history (hopefully english speakers).

*Edit: I wonder how much the new JSE would enhance your absorb spells. Equip JSE, Absorb-INT, Absorb-STR, then 300% TP Spiral Hell. Sounds fun.
