  • Most popular craft...

I'm wondering, what's the most popular craft? It seems to me like it's either Bonecrafting or Smithing.

every guilds I visit look equally crowded.
There are painters who transform the sun into a yellow spot,
but there are others who with the help of their art and their intelligence
transform a yellow spot into the sun.

Salesroom or image support area? Lol, I hate that people bot the guilds and buy a bunch of crap the second they open. If they want something like arrowwood lumber to sell for that price then why should only a couple people be able to get it (and resell on AH for more money -_-)? Just have the supply be unlimited and that would bring AH prices down near there thus eliminating the potential profits of buying and reselling. What problem would this pose that I can't think of though? Sorry if I'm kind of going off-topic.

thats kinda hard to say. since getting to 60 wasnt to hard. especially if you could get the gil, or the crystals. going off of my ls. id have to say its in favor of clothcraft, or alchemy. but then again everyone like a certain craft for one reason or another.

carbon i understand where your coming from. an sadly thats what it seems like alot of people do. 84 gil for a stack of arrowwood. vs 3k-4k on the aution house. it wouldnt be that bad, but 1 log seems to cost more, then the whole stack of lumber. now add in crystal costs, an if you have lumberjack. the twine. that route does not cost that much if your high enough an can hq them. otherwise its aroud 1k per stack in guessing.

now if you ask me the worst craft is goldsmithing. such an expense to lvl. with not to good sell backs. til way late, an with hqs.

yea guild campers are annoying when you need a certain items for your own craft. I think it's made this way to slow down players. If you can buy unlimited supply all the time, a rich player can probably poer-level any of their craft to 60 in a couple hours.

A better way I think is to make it limiting per account. For example, I will always be able to buy x stacks of y items per day. That way I am guaranteed to buy at least a reason amount of them at the guild price. And if I need more then I have the choice to buy over-priced AH ones. Right now we don't really have much choice but to buy from bazaar/AH

Heh, was going to post something here in response to this quote. I realized then I'd be destroying my own money machine if I did, and giving up a profit of 30k+ for 1 item in the AH is to much for me to just say especially when the resolution is so dang obvious if anyone ever explored.
