Smithing Mog-enhancement

I heard there is another item outside Apron and Gloves that give you another Blacksmith point and should be mog item. Anybody knows?

Allegedly the 150,000 guildpoint item for each guild gives: Moghancement: Smithing (or whatever craft you chose) as opposed to moghancement: Fire or whatever.

I think smithing is an anvil? Anyhow, you can't buy it until 88+ skill.
