well the key item for cooking is Raw fish handling. and allows u to make sushi.

now on ffxi.allakhazam.com it doesnt say they have accuracy +14 or 15 but on...

it says they have acc +14.

now which is true i dont know. i was thinking about getting the new key item, but if it doesnt have +14 acc i doubt its gunna be useful.

any1 have a confirmation that these do/do not have an accuracy bonus trait?
