Yes, this is woodworking, and the skill level and recipe provided by MrMan are correct.

This is a profitable synth-- very small profit for normal synth and of course moreso if you HQ it.

However, if you do a search, you should also find it mentioned in this forum earlier that HQ Shihei is -the- way to make money in Woodworking, which may seem good early on, but is very slow cash in late game ^_^;

This is not much different from any other of my continual rants about how Woodworking is not a profitable guild. Most people who do wood make shihei for money, which is sorta decent as long as morons don't start undercutting (but of course they do every once in a while), but it certainly won't pave your way to the riches that other crafts can yield you in one friggin HQ.
