Hey, i'm having real trouble with catfish/dark bass, so i looked up on fishermanrods some fish 10 levels above me, and guess what? Crystal Bass is lvl 35! It's composite + minnow lure.

Now my problem, it Says Jugner Crystal lake, could someone please tell me where exactly that is? Thanks in advance.

That's the fish for San d'Oria 3-2 Mission. The lake can be found around J9 of Jugner Forest. If you're having trouble, I think the names of lakes are noted on the in game map.

Crystal Bass are pretty awful for skillups.

Composite Rod, Frog Lure, La Theine Plateau (southeast ponds, not the middle lakes) will get you Dark Bass(33), Giant Catfish(31), and the occasional Red Terrapin(52).
