Ok, so crafting is fun and all, and sure it can be profitable, but sometimes, you just have one of those days. . .
I'm lvl 81 leather craft, and tonight I attempted to HQ 5 high value synths, 2 Narashima's Cesti (cost to make, ~140k) and 3 Amemet Mantles (cost to make ~170k)
Vishnu's Cesti (the HQ of Narashima Cesti) don't sell often on Asura, but I wanted to see If I could get it to sell, and for how much. I was estimating 600k, as that's around what the others had sold for in the past.
Amemet Mantle +1's go for around 700k right now on Asura.
So, total cost of synths is ~790k, total potential sales value 3.3 million.
Like i said, lvl 81 leather, narashima's cesti is approximately lvl 51 synth, Amemet Mantles is approximately lvl 61 synth. So I'm pretty far above both recepies.
I *of course* wait till the new moon to do the synths. . . but i see according to the vanadiel timer i use, theres no darksday during this new moon. I wanted to do the synths on a darksday new moon, but i decided to go with the element that is strong against the crystal of the recepie. Both recepies are earth, so I do all 5 synths on windsday.

the result? 0/5 HQ synths. >< :mad:
