New Fishing Gear?

Walking by the Jeuno AH I noticed a guy in VERY cool black boots with white stripes on it, the name of the boots was "Washers" (or something similiar), and they have Fishing Skill +2 and some other thing.

Has anyone else seen these or any other piece of these new fishing set or knows how to get them?

Guild's contract item... you need to be fisher novice to buy it, it cost 70000 points to get I think...
