Horo Flour as rare as a Dam Perfect Diamond

Aurghhhh Trying to obtain Horo Flour is like trying to start a fire with wet matches....

No npc's aren't under Region Control, and all AH have like 1 or 2..... Yes i know i can craft other items, I just find it funny that this dam Flour is so rare.

Ok its Friday I guess this topic would have been best posted on Monday

Goblins > all. Check the goblin shop in lower jeuno. The dude in the back forever stirring his pot has Horo flour.
