Where do wind elements spawn in Tahrongi Canyon?

I tried la theine, but I would only end up finding 1-2 elements an hour. I saw a post on here saying they can find 10 clusters and hour in Tahrongi Canyon, only thing is that I cant find the spots they spawn...

Any help would be appreciated.
