Sticky Rice... where is the NPC-seller? =/

Hello all...

I am curious if anyone knows of an NPC that sells this stuff, no matter which town it is - just need to know. So, if anyone has some sort of idea, I would really appreciate the help.

Hmm . . . Tenshodo shop in Jeuno may have this. I know one of their vendors will buy the stuff at least.
