tin/iron ore?

where is the best place to get tin/iron ore?
do any NPC shops sell them? and what monsters drop them?
there doesnt seem to be any tin in midgarsormr in the bastok AH and the iron ore is 900 gil

iron ore = 500 gil in AH.

tin ore = 30 gil in guild shop.

Also, worm type monsters drop these once in another while
And your sure value is mining. Cost a bit, need at least lv30 for best results, but the main ore source are mines, best if you have field gears.
