Farming Gobbie Mail/Helms?

I would assume that you could go into Rollanbery that is a good gob place. The best place I can think of that won't have the Lightning crystals is in Windurst there is a goblin Dungeon. I can't think of the name of the place. But if you give me a while, I should be able to connect and find out. I have it marked on my map.

One more thing they drop fire crystals there.

I really need lightning crystals so I can save 1000 Gil on like 4 Iron/Steel Ingots

Go to pashhow. It frequently lightnings there. Find lightning elemental, kill said elemental, get 1-2 lightnign cluster. Use cluster = 12 lightnign crystals. Also Gobs in Zi'tah seem to drop more armor type items ( mask mail armor helm).

if you have a THF with you just go to vulkan dunes there are lots of gobs there and you can save the lvl 17 lives there from gob trains. they drop for me there about 66% of the time. for lighting go to highlands or pashhow.

Or ... you could just go gilfarming and use the gil to buy your synth items. I'm sure at lvl 50 you can make more gil per hour than if you were to farm synth items ...
