Fishing question~

I'm currently fishing in San d'Oria, and I'm almost done leveling on Tricolors. But I dont know where to go from here. I'd rather make skillups than money, but I dont want to lose everything on bait. So I dont know where to go.

Can anyone help? My friend at the same level went to the boat and got some good gil, but his rod broke.

Absolutely the best, I havn't broken a rod since I found it. It tells what fish can be caught where, what bait they like, and what rods break or not. If this site goes down, I swear I'll cry lol.

Oh and a tip, don't fish on the boat unless you want to loose even the most expensive of rods.

Plus it doesnt say what sells good. Also if hard mobs can be fished up, if lots of people are there etc. Alot of that stuff looks good on paper (or monitor), but I like to go with advice of people that have been through there more.

Take it from a high lvl fisherman, it's good and all one really needs lol.

Some fish like moat carps sell like crazy in the Auction House but that's about it. Most of us sell our fish to the fishing guild in Windurst, 1350gil per Bastore Bream you can't go wrong . Besides moat carps it won't be until you hit your 40's when you start making some good cash.

You'll catch mobs 2 zones away from each town. Guess the reason being so new players can still fish easily right outside of town.

Windurst areas are loaded with fisherman, much more then any other area. If you wanted to you could never leave the windurst areas and still get to lvl 70 because of the good variety of fish. You'll never see so many fisherman as in West Sarutabaruta, that's for sure .
