Meals

I want to start cooking as a guild at some point, and I was wondering, when you eat a meal, are its effects long-term/permanent, or do they fade away at some point?

When you eat, the effects are either short-term (1,2,5 minutes with an HP Regen or MP Refresh symbol), or long-term (30, 60 minutes with the Food symbol).
