Cooking and crayfish

I just started fishing and I seem to be catchiong a lot of crayfish.Is there anything I can make from them because they dont seem to be worth selling at the AH...

Crawfish + Distilled Water + Rock Salt + Fire Crystal = Boiled Crawfish ... Thats the only thing i use them for.
Not worth it though...the ones i've seen selling go for b/t 1.5-2k per dozen, while the ingredients are closer to 3k, but i could be wrong here.

If your a mithra you can eat um raw . gives ya -2 dex, +1 vit, + 10% Def.

wind crystal + crayfish = peeled crayfish. Fishing bait. Don't know what it catches, but it better be damned good considering the price.

The only things a fishing guild I got from killingifrit.com says it can be used to catch Black Eel and Monke-Onke.

Boiled Crayfish Levels 6-9.

Fire Crystal+Distilled Water+Rock salt+Cray fish


Distilled water and Rock salt can be bought in South Sando at the store.

Cray Fish can be fished at zeruhn Mines Carbon+Little worm any level of fishing can catch them.
(Or bought ranging from 30-50 gil a cray fish on Rag)

Fire crystals you can either farm or buy.
