Fishing in Sandoria?

okay. i got tired of rushing my main char back to town every day to check on garden and set up bazaar, ive created a mule to keep my garden growing and to be able to bazaar every night without leaving my mains leveling location. okay the real point of this post - i want to start fishing ON my mule. so that confines me to basically sandoria. what can raise me up to a good moat carp catching level in sandoria? if it isnt...tell me now so i can sell all this fishing gear i just bought. thanks for help and advice.
