lvl 11 blacksmith, help

I am stuck at lvl 11. I did bronze arrows heads (wind crystal and bronze ingot) till now, they don't teach anymore. I've tried breaking down a goblin helm with lightning crystal (never worked) and iron ingots (1 out of 5 tries works). What's a good craft right now i can use to raise my skill.
