crystals, what drops which types

Well, I was going to ask what drops Ice crystals, then I thought maybe a Thread with mobs and the crystal types they dropped would help people out.

So I'll list those I remember right off the top and keep updating those I know as I get them, and others can post those they know as well, so that everyone can have a reference for where to find what types of Crystals.

Light crystals:

Cardians have a Chance


Dark crystals:

Anticans, Night creatures like the Foxs that come out at night drop these(though Bats drop Wind), as well as the fungus outside San'doria in rondafue, I think it's called.


Ice crystals:

Giants, or Gigas


Lightning Crystals:

Goblin Fishers,Tigers


Wind Crystals:

Yagudos in Sarutabaruta and Giddeus outside Windurst drop wind as well as some flying creatures like Bees, Bats.


Water Crystals:

Water monsters (Crab, pugil, saghins), Quadavs


Fire Crystals:

Carrion Crows, Akbabas,Orcs,lizards,most Goblins


Earth Crystals:

Beetles, Crawlers, Hares, Mandragoras, Dahmels, saplings, sheep


I'll update more within a day as Im about to go hunting now and don't want to list ones Im not sure on.

Ice crystal drops would be really great to hear about, as I don't think I've come across any of those yet.

Giants aka Gigas' drop Ice crystals

Anticans also drop Dark Crystals, same with Funguars.
Cardians have a chance of droping Light Crystals.

Certain Gobs drop and Lizards drop Fire Crystals

Water monsters (Crab, pugil, saghins) drop water crystals of course.


Earth Crystals are dropped by so many things. Beetles, Crawlers, Hares, Mandragoras, Dahmels, saplings etc.

Tigers drop Lightning Crystals too.

Quadav have dropped water crystals I think all the time. I know any time I've killed them in pal mines it's been water crystals.
