can you make hi potions in alchemy, i cant seem to find the recipe or the skill lvl of the items-- what about like x-potions and so on??

Well I have to say I don't know.
But one thing to think about, that I am going to compile as I level up my crafting, is that most receipes do not list the HQ items made.
Many things are just a +1 version, but other things are whole different items. Like Chiefkabob as the HQ outcome of the meatkabob receipe I think. Might be wrong on that as I'm a ways off from doing that receipe and things Im a ways off from arent remembered as well.
So Hi-potion, might just be the HQ version of the same receipe.

i believe its a mid-50's alchemy synth. i'm at lvl53 and succeed for the most part.
