What lvl will I be able to make items that have Scorpion Claws or Scorpion Shells in the recipe?

@around 53 u can make scorpiann arrowheads
@60 u can make a scorpian ring
@62 u can start on the armour scorp hands fet body helm
@71 u can make by far one of the best items for bone craft this is the scorpian Harnis Lv:57 too wear not sure of all the stats but the bit that makes it good is the +10 Acc
but the Down side is too make it u need a venomus Claw droped by serket lvl unsure around 75 Scorpian HNM!!
scorpian harnis sells for 5mill on fenrir and claw for 4.5mill
