Only 1 guild 60+?

I recently heard that you can only have 1 crafting guild at lvl 60+ does anyone know if this is true, I was planning on lvling food higher but I am afraid to now if it will bar me from being able to lvl another craft higher.

After level 58 test, the test NPC warns that leveling other crafts to craftsman-level will make your forget what you've learned in the current guild.

People say there is a set amount of levels you can have above 60 that is shared among your craft skills. If you exceed this limit, you level up one craft but lose a level in another that is level 60+.

Hmm what about recipes that require high skills in more than one guild?
