I searched and couldn't find any links to websites that show places to log. More specifically, places to log for certain wood.

The only place that I really know of to log is just inside Ghelsba Outpost...
As far as kinds of wood... it's all based on luck/randomness as far as I know... not like you can go to an "oak forest" and log only oak, etc.Alright.... who farted?

Has anyone been able to get Lauan Lumber from Ghelsba or E.Ron? So far I've only been able to get arrowwood, maple, ash, and elm from Ghelsba (I think willow too). I didn't know if Lauan was just more rare, or if you can even get it there. If not, anyone know where I can go logging to get some? I'm cheap and like to get crafting materials myself whenever possible.

need to git yerself a hatchet, or several hatchets (generally around 600gil/each on Odin) and start swingin.
To go a logging point with a hatchet in yer inventory, then select hatchet and "use".Alright.... who farted?
