I was wondering what I can make at Cooking level 9 to increase skills. I tried making Boiled Crayfish, Salmon Sub, Pet food Alpha, Orange juice... they don't seem to increase my skills anymore... I'm out of ideas. Can anyone help please?

i decided to go back and level blm (as its a better sub than smn
and i decided to take some oranges and water crystals out with me when i was leveling to raise cooking and have something to refresh mana at the same time. i took cooking from 4 to 10 in maybe three solid hours of leveling/cooking just making orange juice. on my way to windurst to take the cooking exam.
