Rattan lumber? Never been sold in AH?

I just dug a piece of rattan lumber on my chocobo and its never been sold in AH...


anyone know what this is for and why it has no price history?:confused:

Well I just checked the AH on Levi and only 5 have been posted and sold and they were all for 1000.
