Where's the best place to level fishing at level 0?

In port sandoria i've broken all the cheaper poles up to Glass. Carbon and Mithra are the only poles that havent broken on me there, got up to skill 7 on 1 carbon. Mithra seems to get many more bites & landings tho.

I think the clothespole can also handle PSandoria but it can't catch the small catch like crayfish.

Little worms will get you crayfish, tricolor, and moat carp. Insect Ball gets you mostly moat carp, but is quite a bit more expensive.

I'v never caught anything big in the river cheval so that might be a good place to start, but i think youll miss out on moat carp which is going to be your big profit fish for a looooong time.
