Collecting your own materials for guilding

Anyone know a site or have any information on these Harvesting, Logging, Mining, an Excavation points? It would be very helpful to know the spots you can mine or whatever in a zone so you can do it effectively. A place I found that's great for woodcutting, although popular is Ghelsba outpost, right by the entrance. The Logging points respawn within 1-2 screens of each other, so you can log very fast there. I tried Excavation in Tahrongi canyon, but the points respawned between excavation sites throughout the whole zone, so it was very slow could only do about 1-2 then run for 5-7 minutes, waste most the day running. I wanted to try logging in jugner forest, but i couldn't find any logging points and there is no sites with information on the topic

Harvesting near Windurst is best done in W Sara (near Giddeus entrance) or Giddeus.

To be honest for weaving I have found the easiest route is to whomp on Yagudos. These will drop feathers, necklaces and wind crystals, 1 wind plus a necklace equals 3 grass threads, combine this with a earth crystal and you get grass square. I think that 2 feathers plus an earth will make fletchings. All will raise your cloth crafting skill.

I have harvested for a while, and if you get moko grass to make threads, you have to combine it with thunder/lightening crystals, which is a ballache as only Gob Fishers drop those. That can be expensive to buy as well.

When i played on Beta, I went out and got my own items. You can get lightning crystals from Qufim if ur lvl30ish+, u should be able to kill the elementals on ur own. I was lvl50/25 blm/whm so it was pretty easy to kill things for items. Its been awhile since the beta ended so spare me on the spelling =P

Fire Crystals: Ghelsba (sp) - kill the orcs, they drop like mad.

Lightning Crystals: Qufim - kill elementals, they're almost always up

Earth Crystals - kill stuff in Sarutabaruta

Ice Crystals - Camp the Mhaura-Selbina boat. there are other mobs that drop em in Xarcabard (sp), but high lvl, so u'd need a team.

i would like to know where to harvest any type of grass in West Sarutabaruta, i can't find any! maybe i'm goin about ti the wrong way, cause i am new to harvesting, but i think i'm doing it right and i still can't find any, help with finding harvesting spots would be greatly appreciated

mining=yughott grotto ive mined silver and iron and a friend said u can mine dark steel(3600 per peice) logging- East Ronfuare and ghelsba

i would have more but i didnt have the 20k to spend on the feild set XD so i havnt tried anymore..pick axes are expensive i can make hatchets to raise black smithing and carpentry at same time..ive made like 30 =)
