Mhaura Garlic ?????

err where can I buy some mhaura garlic? I know I can get from the guild but they have limited supplies and that is always the first thing bought from the guild when they open, along with rocksalt. There must be another NPC or something I can hunt to get this.. I have check all in Mhaura but no NPC sells there. I think I have heard something like if windhurst is in first place you can buy from NPC there but I'm not sure if it's true or not. ><; Also which days are the best for using fire crystals? I have read the sticky post about the days and how they effect your synthesizing, but if I hold true to what the post suggest then thats means that darksday would be the best for using fire cyrstals? I am always so affraid to attempt anything on darksday. I have found the windsday has been the absolutely the worst day for attempting fire synthes and icesday has been the best. Not that I am worried to much about days of the week for my guilding becuase I just avoid certain days for what ever crystal I am using, and always avoiding darksday. But back to my main question where can I get mhaura garlic??(besides AH that's just a rip off) Or if anyone has a reasonable explantion about the days of the week that would be great, thx. Oh yea I know about the links to the Japanese websites that explain but i completely re-worked my PC and re-installed the OS so I don't have the japanese input on the PC anymore ><
