Scorpion Harness

I noticed that a scorpion harness sells for quite a bit in the Jueno AH. I assume that this is made via boneworking since most animal related harnesses are made from that. Does anyone know the materials and level for crafting this item and its corresponding armor pieces (gloves, subligar, leggings)?

Also does anyone know a link to an english list of the level 50+ Boneworkers guild?

Actually my boneworking is at approx 44, so id like to know what to make next. Ive spent far more time crafting than leveling .
